I treated myself to a few new things a few days ago and usually when I order stuff online 90% of it ends up needing to be sent back; however on this occasion I’ve been thrilled with everything and only had to return one thing. That never happens (god help my poor bank account).
I’m a massive trainer fan, I can’t resist a new pair of kicks and I love mixing trainers with feminine looks to give an outfit a bit of an edge. I usually only ever buy branded trainers, I dunno why really, I’m not a snob or anything, but I remember when I was kid, saving my birthday and Christmas money to go off to JD Sports and treat myself to the latest Reebok Classics (I actually only recently took a pair to the charity shop that I remember buying when I was 15!).
Anyway I was scrolling through the Evans website and spotted the most perfect pink wide fit trainers and knew I needed them, branded or not, they belonged with me. I think they’re selling quite quickly so snap them up if you want them!
I also got these grey joggers from H&M+ and I love them as they’re a smarter fit than any joggers I’ve had before. They’re slightly tapered and make a casual look that little bit dressier. I definitely recommend them, especially if you’re into the whole sports luxe trend at the moment. I know H&M+ can be very hit or miss but when it comes to sportswear or basics it’s where I head to first as I find the quality is always really good.
As trainers are such a big fashion item at the moment there’s some really great ones about in high street stores, which are great when you want different ones to match a look rather than shelling out £££££’s every time on some of the big labels. I think I’ll be a lot more open minded to picking them up in the future. In fact I’ve done a little roundup of my faves out there at the moment.
