Went wandering around today for a couple of hours. We popped to an awesome local vintage antiques and furniture shop for a little nosey (you never know what gems you’re going to find) and then stopped off at a lovely little pub en route home for mulled wine, you know, just to get into the Christmas spirit, as you do!
It’s been a really lovely weekend of just taking it really easy and everything at our leisure which is really unusual for us as we’ve usually got loads planned and lots of demands on our time, so to be completely free of any plans was a really nice change.
I kept my outfit casual, jeans, long sleeved tee, trainers and a lovely little bomber jacket I received recently to try out.
The bomber jacket thing is certainly still very on trend, with different styles and takes on the piece still being created and dropped by many brands. The bomber jacket was something I wasn’t keen on when I first ever started noticing them, or should I say, not sure about; however as the styles of them have evolved I have managed to acquire one or two over the past few months and this one from Live Unlimited is a really great day time casual to evening glam piece.
Live Unlimited have been around for a few years now and are a brand that I am very fond of. A few years ago I was fortunate enough to visit them at their London studio for a blogger afternoon which was lovely, especially getting to see how passionate the team are about what they put out there. Live Unlimited’s pieces are stocked at Navabi, Evans and by a few other retailers, however you can also buy from them directly at liveunlimitedlondon.com too!
Whilst their pieces are slightly higher in price point then some retailers, I can vouch for their quality, it’s always lovely spending money on a piece that you know you will wear time and time again and this is certainly an item I can see me wearing for seasons to come.
