Along with some other goodies (see my last post) Evans also sent me this gorgeous Collection Khaki Shirt dress and since I’ve received it I’ve worn it quite a few times as it’s just so easy to wear! I’ve dressed so many ways already, like for a day shopping with ankle boots and a black maxi cardigan, I’ve dressed it up for a night out with loads of striking gold jewellery and heels and this weekend I dressed it casually with a hint of glam with a pair of trainers for comfort (I was doing a lot of travelling that day) and *THE* sequin bomber jacket of dreams just to add the glam…
I lusted after this Elvi jacket on a wishlist post recently and I finally took the plunge and treated myself to it a few days ago. I know it’s expensive (I’ll be living off basics for lunch for the next few weeks) so not everyone is going to be able to splash out on it, but if you can this jacket is worth every penny.
It’s quite lightweight and the chiffon sleeves make this jacket easy to wear in warm weather (it was 20 odd degrees in London on Saturday so it was a blessing!). It’s so striking and I’ve received so many compliments whenever I’ve worn it because it really can make even the most casual of outfits *POP*.
The Collection range at Evans really has some great pieces at the moment, lots of wardrobe staple items that are really chic, sleek and wearable for daytime or evening. I find Collection is Evans’s more refined range with a luxurious edge and the proof is in the pudding with this dress, it’s versatility is outstanding.
