Evenin’ my loves!
How are you all on this cold, snowy evening? (Well that’s if you’re unfortunate enough to be reading from the UK!).
I thought I’d start doing a Sunday round-up every now and then, just you know, when I fancy jabbering on to you guys about nonsense, which is pretty much what I do all the time, no?
So this week, even though it’s been snowy and a bit rubbish (I hate the snow) I still managed to have some fun times! I don’t know how many of you have been following the blog since it’s inception, but a few years ago I used to work in a local theatre. When I say I loved that job, I mean I absolutely LOVED IT! Circumstances arose and I went on to pastures new, but from that job I made some friends for life whom I still enjoy some awesome times with. Last Thursday was the theatre’s end of Panto Party, where all of the staff, cast and crew go out and really let their hair down after a very busy season. I still manage to tag along to these shindigs, so I put on my trusty Simply Be Flock Baroque Skater dress and braved the blizzards to get involved with some full on sambuca abuse, needless to say, I did suffer tremendously the next day. Here are a couple of snaps with some of my very favourite people….
…then I tackled the snow in my super spotty Jileon Extra Wide Fit Wellies….
…managed to wear another one of my ASOS Curve sale purchases (excuse the washed out look, these pics were taken after work!).
…Oh and it was also pay day, I thought it was never going to come around this month, so I treated myself to a few bits and pieces, nothing much but I managed to pass by Forever 21 in Birmingham this afternoon and picked up some kitchy bling…
I unfortunately never got chance to make it along to the Evan’s Shape Studio Spring/Summer 2013 event and from the looks of it I missed out on an awesome launch this time around! Make sure you check out the Evans Fashion Fix Blog to keep up to date on the gossip and check out all the other awesome blogger girls who went along!
Right, with that, I’m off to get myself ready for a very chilly week at work! Make sure you all stay safe in the snow!
